Synthetic Splinting System

Dynacast Prelude is a synthetic splinting system combining polyurethane coated fibreglass and polypropylene padding.  Dynacast Prelude comes pre-assembled and ready to use, giving a cost effective splinting alternative to the traditional ways of providing support and immobilisation.

Dynacast Prelude is constructed using an innovative 3D knitting process, which produces a single interlocking knit layer construction. This construction ensures high conformability to the limb, optimum splint smoothness and increased patient comfort throughout the term of the treatment.
