Made using premium xanthan gum, instant THICK Powder is a food and drink thickening powder for people with swallowing difficulties (dysphagia). instant THICK dissolves taste and colour-free into hot and cold drinks, alcoholic beverages and medical soultions for compliance at IDDSI level 2 Mildly Thick.

DIRECTIONS
1. Measure 170-190mL of fluid*.
2. While stirring fluid, add one instant THICK Powder Level 2 sachet. Stir until dissolved.
3. Allow to stand for 2–5 minutes. Re-stir until desired consistency is reached before serving^.

STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once prepared, handle and store according to your Food Safety Protocols. Cover and refrigerate between servings. Discard leftover food and drink after 24 hours. ‘2-hour/4-hour rule’ recommended.
